Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $220.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service:
- Economy Shipping: $5.99–$12.99 (varies by destination)
- Standard Shipping: $8.99–$15.99 (free on orders over $220)
- Express Shipping: $19.99–$29.99 (priority handling and delivery)
Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- International: We use trusted international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your package is dispatched.
5. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
6. Undeliverable Areas
We currently do not ship to the following regions:
- Countries subject to international trade sanctions or embargoes
- Remote areas with limited courier coverage (we will notify you if your address is undeliverable)
If you are unsure about delivery to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.
7. Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package cannot be recovered, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
- Damaged Packages: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
